FAQs

Some of the common questions our first-time clients ask us. If you’ve got anything else to ask, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.

Will you work directly with our interior designer and/or architect?

Absolutely. We work with interior designers and architects on the majority of our projects to ensure our work ties in with the overall vision for the home.

How far in advance do we need to book in with you?

We’d love to get moving on your job straight away, however, we’re generally booked out at least three months in advance. For whole-of-house projects, we can be planning 12 months out, so we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible.

Will you advise us on materials?

We certainly can. When we meet for our initial consultation, we’ll talk you through the different finishes for doors and splashbacks, and help you find the best benchtops for your style – and lifestyle.

Where do we choose our finishes and accessories?

Experience has shown us that it’s best to make those choices in your own home, so you can see how things look under certain lights and against other elements. If this isn’t feasible for you, we do have a small showroom, which you are welcome to visit by appointment.

Your reputation precedes you. How do you ensure quality?

By selecting our materials and our people carefully, and by keeping our operation in-house. All of our cabinetry is made in our factory in Caringbah and fitted by our fully-qualified installers.
